These small group, hands on workshops are limited to 10 people and are held over three sessions.

In the first session, the topic matter and exercises are provided to help you get clarity and do the work on your own.

In the second session, the group comes back together to share what they came up with, get input, feedback, and guidance from Crystal as well as the other workshop members.

In the third session, we further refine the messaging and/or application of the topic matter.
